Return Policy

We, at JackJewels.in strive continuously to meet the expectations of our customers. Our every effort is guided towards delivering a worthwhile shopping experience.

•The product is in ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition.

•The product is not ‘as described’.

Product cannot be returned for other reasons.

Return of the goods is carried out in following steps:

1.The customer can request for Return by dropping us an e-mail, within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide the Order ID details along with the reason for Return. Or, the request for return can made at “My Account” if the customer is registered with JackJewels.in

Our Customer Support Team will provide complete assistance in the process.

2.Once the request for Return is registered with us, we will send an acknowledgement e-mail comprising the address on which Customer is required to courier us the product (to be returned) and the status of replacement for that product viz. Availability of the same product, Alternate options etc.

3.The Customer is required to courier us the product (to be returned) and send us the courier slip by e-mail. Additionally, the Customer should tell about the decision on replacement options suggested in the acknowledgement e-mail.

4.After receiving, the goods are inspected by our QC team to verify the reasons raised by the customer. The Customer is updated about the inspection report by e-mail. We carry out the inspection just to improve ourselves and find reason behind the mistake. We not at all intend to bother our customer in this regard

5.The resolution is provided.

Resolutions Offered:

In case of return, one of the following resolutions is provided:

1.Replacement with the same product (Subject to availability).

2.Replacement with the similar kind of product.

3.Crediting the Customer’s account with ‘Credit Points’ equal to the value of item. The points can be utilized to make further purchases (Keep a track for our latest Schemes on Credit Points)

4.Refunding the amount (Refer to our Refund Policy ).

Note: In case of replacement with similar kind of product, a product with value equal or higher than the previous one can be opted.

Requirements for Return:

Following requirements need to be fulfilled for returning the product:

1.The request for return should be made within 48 Hours of receiving the product.

2.The product should be sent back in the original packing.

3.The tag should not be removed.

4.The copy of Invoice should be sent along with the product.

5.The product should not be used after opening the parcel.

6.The product should be returned with all its accessories.
